Q1: I am a new user, how do I subscribe to access ePaper

Kindly follow the below steps:

  1. Go to https://newsstand.nationmedia.com, Register and Login

  2. Choose a publication and click on "Subscribe"

  3. Choose a subscription plan and click on "Add to Cart"

  4. Go to Cart; check the subscription details and "CheckOut"

  5. Check the Amount and click on "Pay Now"

  6. Select a payment method and click on "Continue to Pay"

  7. Once the payment is successful, go to Home Page to access your subscribed publications

 

Q2: What is the cost of Subscription?

We have multiple subscription plans. You can view the plans by clicking on "Subscribe" button below each publication.

 

Q3: I have forgotten my password; how do I get a new password?

Please click on "Forgot your password?" available in the Sign In page and follow the instructions. A password reset link will be emailed to your registered email.

 

Q4: What should I do when I get the error 'Invalid details'?

Please check whether you have entered the right registered Email Id and Password. Make sure that you have not left any blank space before your Email Id or Password while typing in the respective fields.

Q5: How do I pay for the ePaper online?

You can pay for the ePaper using our secure online payment partner 3G Direct Pay. You can choose from any of the below mentioned payment methods. Visa Debit/ Credit card, MasterCard Debit/ Credit Card, m-pesa, airtel money, tigo pesa, MTN Mobile Money, PayPal For the detailed steps on how to choose a subscription and make the payment online please refer to Q1

 

Q6: When is the ePaper available?

The ePaper is available as soon as the new issue is published on to newsstand.nationmedia.co at the early hours of the day. An email notification will be sent to the subscribers (unless unsubscribed) informing them about the availability of the new issue as soon as it is published.

 

Q7: Can I access ePaper on using a mobile app?

Yes, you can access the ePaper using a mobile app.

 

Q8: My subscription has expired; how do I renew it?

To renew your subscription, Sign In to your account and click on "subscribe" to the publication you want to subscribe to.

Q9: How do I stop receiving email notifications that come to my inbox?

To stop receiving the email notifications, please click on the "unsubscribe" link available at the bottom of the email notification that you received.

 

Q10: How do I access my archived editions?

Sign In to your account and go to "My Shelf" to access your archived editions.

 

Q11: How do I zoom to read the ePaper in a bigger view?

Please use the ZOOM icon that is available on the ePaper tool bar or double click to read the ePaper in a bigger view.

 

Q12: I paid but my subscription is not activated. How do I access my ePaper?

If your payment was successful and you are not able to view the subscribed publication after Signing into your account, please forward the payment details along with your registered email id to our support at epaper@ke.nationmedia.com or reach us on 0719038033

 

Q13: I want to buy a corporate subscription; who should I talk to?

Q14: I'm getting the error 'your email cannot be found'. How do I proceed?
